Some Halloween art of my character Tina, she is done up like Hazuki from Tsukuyomi Moon Phase. I changed the colour of the outfit a bit to better suit Tina. The original outfit was a black cape and black cat ears, and they work well against Hazuki's bright purple hair. Tina, however, has dark hair, so it didn't work as well.

I really like how this came out. My only problem is that the cat ears stick to her hair rather than her head.
